People focus on the wrong things (i.e. the hottest franchise, or how to make a quick buck, or they assume they know about a franchise when they really don’t). You need to be careful when considering franchise options. You must pay attention to the important things, and forget about all the rest when making a decision to buy.

Started listening to Josh's podcast after the wife and I decided to buy a franchise and I quickly went through about 200 episodes on 1.5x & 2x, before signing on to purchase a franchise.
