How Your URL Is Setting You Up To Be Sued & How to Fix It

Your URL, state business registration, and a trademark are three very different things. Just because a name is available for a URL and even a business registration does not mean that you have the right to use that name. A lot of small business owners who are just starting out often get confused on these three things. This can be a pricey mistake that can cost you thousands. Don’t make this mistake.
