Knowing his role was to grow the company, Wade immediately implemented processes that built the brand into a system of over 200 units. Looking for his next venture, Wade came across a single children’s hair salon and bought it out to create a replicable business for franchising in 2004. Since then. Pigtails & Crewcuts has grown to over 50 locations across the nation.
