[2:42] Paul shares his story and how he got involved with franchising.
[3:33] Paul explains the O2E concept which stands for Ordinary to Exceptional and is a parent company to their three brands: Shack Shine, 1-800-Got-Junk, and Wow 1 Day Painting.
[6:24] In his role with Shack Shine, Paul enjoys coaching their franchise partners and helping them grow their business.
[8:12] Typically, the Shack Shine stores are home-based, but franchisees invest in a van that carries their equipment for the business.
[11:14] Paul shares that it’s important to recognize what marketing mediums facilitate your business the best; he gives the example of 1-800-Got-Junk which gets most of their business through radio ads.
[12:03] Currently, Shack Shine has about 45 locations in North America.
