Neil Newcomb is a nearly 30-year veteran of the franchise industry and the CEO of Kelly’s Roast Beef Franchising. He started his franchise career with McAlister’s Deli, which was founded by the Newcomb family and where he spent 15 years on both the franchisor and franchisee side of the business. In 2008, he joined Brixx Wood Fired Pizza and served as head of franchising for the brand until 2019.
