Shirin Kanji is responsible for overseeing all of Impact Properties investment related activities and directly oversees the newly formed retail division which includes 75 Rent a Center franchised locations and 2 CARSTAR franchised locations. Mr. Kanji holds a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from NYU Stern School of Business and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from NYU Real Estate Institute. Mr. Kanji is a member of YPO Florida chapter, part of the NYU Alumni Advisory Board for the West Coast of Florida chapter and the NYU Alumni Mentor Network.Â
