Nicole Di Pietro joined Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in 2016 as Vice President, to assist in positioning the company for growth. She has been instrumental in developing the company’s Core Values, Mission and Vision, along with the current infrastructure. Nicole boasts 25+ years in the hospitality industry with her foundations at Tijuana Flats in 1995 where she spent nearly 20 years climbing the ranks within the organization. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida.
