Today I’m excited to interview Kathy Knowles. Kathy is a speaker, trainer and consultant who teaches people about a seven-step system for creating more purpose, profit, and possibilities. She works with business owners to gain more dedicated and loyal employees and customers, and ultimately, her clients are able to make the leap onto a much bigger playing field. [1:28] Kathy has a background in Human Resources, but eventually decided to dedicate her time to her passion, which is helping business owners get the right people on their team.
