Justin Bredeman, President and CEO of Soccer Shots Franchising, was a college teammate of founders Jeremy Sorzano and Jason Webb. Justin became the third Soccer Shots partner in 2009. Previously, he owned his Soccer Shots location for five years. As the former National Director of Store Support at Auntie Anne’s, Inc., Justin led a team that supported about 800 locations.

[14:31] A big part of the Soccer Shots programs is teaching the basics of soccer, but it also focuses on teaching social kids to children.

[16:37] Not having a brick and mortar investment component to the franchise has allowed Soccer Shots to partner with some unique companies.

[18:43] All the Soccer Shots programs begin with a free, fun day, then materials get sent out to the families explaining the program. Once people register, a coach will conduct a 30-40 minute session that follows a structured curriculum throughout the duration of the season.

[21:09] In Justin’s opinion, youth sports are under professionalized in today’s society, and Soccer Shots sets themselves apart by investing in their program through input received by customers.
