Josh Brown is a franchise attorney and the founder/creator of the Franchise & Licensing Practice Group at CGG. Our mission is helping entrepreneurs make smart franchise decisions, and we are committed to navigating you down that path toward success. Although based in Indiana, he has built a thriving national practice helping people make smart franchise decisions. Josh works with new and emerging franchisors to help them work through their legal challenges and grow through the franchise model. Additionally, he helps entrepreneurs identify and pursue good franchise opportunities. Finally, when a franchise relationship breaks down, Josh helps his clients work toward an amicable resolution.

Before becoming an attorney, Josh worked in business management, sales, marketing, and operations for several businesses, including two franchise systems. He combines his business background, entrepreneurial skills, and legal experience to help entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business growth with a focus on franchising.

He understands the stress of starting, managing, and growing a small business while balancing family life and all other important aspects of life.
